No return, cancellation, refunds or exchange due to change of mind will be entertained for goods and services sold through our physical or online shops.

All defect(s) or wrong item(s) must be reported within five (05) working days from receipt date of the package.

No returns or exchange will be allowed for any sale and/or promotional items.
