One-, two- or even three- single blend may not be fully characterised the beauty of Saigon Ladies in the past and present. However, at LeVie5 our roast master is able to compile a selection of coffee beans from Vietnam and personally roasted at different roast profiles. By this, we are able to uniform the aroma and flavour into the closest traits which describe and relate us (coffee aficionado) to every bit of those Saigon Lady's personalities. Let's go and try.

Origins: selective regions of Vietnam

Varieties: National Arabica - Premium Robusta - Premium Excelsa

Cupping notes: Bright & Modern - Floral with Hints of Fruit and Sweet, Noticeable Acidity and Medium Low Caffeine.

Recommended for brew: Cold-brew, Paper filter and French Press. Some may opt for Moka-pot or Espresso; however, the acidity level may increase for which diluting it could help soften.
