At LeVie5 Vietnamese Specialty Roastery, we roast and pack our coffee beans to order to guarantee absolute freshness and quality. Because coffee is a fresh, perishable culinary product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only evaluated on a strict, case-by-case basis under the specific conditions outlined below.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong package, contact us at vsr.cafe@levie5.sg within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process your request swiftly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number (ELV526XXXX)

  2. A clear photograph of the damaged item, defect, or incorrect packaging

Once verified, our team will email you with detailed instructions on your replacement or refund status.

Approved Refunds & Processing Times

If a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please reach out to us at vsr.cafe@levie5.sg.
