Shipping & Self-Collection Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Note: as our coffee is freshly roasted to order, this processing window allows our roasters to prepare your batch at peak quality.

⚠️ Important Note on Combined Orders (Split Shipping): If your order contains both house-roasted coffee and imported specialty gear, your items will arrive in separate packages at different times. Your fresh coffee is always dispatched immediately from our roastery so it does not sit waiting for international freight.

Delivery Restrictions & Redelivery Fees (Singapore)

  • Restricted Zones: Our domestic courier (NinjaVan) does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones, including but not limited to: military camps (MINDEF), Jurong Island, Tuas Link, and Changi Cargo complexes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

  • Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Parcels: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our roastery due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, a redelivery fee of S$6.00 will apply to ship the parcel out a second time.


International Shipping (Malaysia Only)

We currently offer international shipping exclusively to Malaysia.

  • Delivery Timeline: Typically 7–14 business days (varies by destination state).

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of S$12.90.

  • Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees: All shipping rates reflected on your order only cover the base freight cost. Any related import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local postal handling fees are not included in your total order amount. These will be assessed by Malaysian customs/the shipping company and must be paid entirely by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for specific policies before ordering.


Order Tracking

The moment our courier collects your parcel from our roastery, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your shipment’s journey directly via the link provided or by logging into your account on our website.

Freshness & Packaging Guarantee

To guarantee an exceptional brewing experience at home, all coffee beans are freshly roasted to order and sealed in resealable, valve-sealed bags. This packaging allows the beans to safely degas while locking out oxygen during transit, ensuring your coffee arrives in pristine condition.

Damaged or Lost Orders

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at vsr.cafe@levie5.sg within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your Order Number (ELV526XXXX) and clear photos of the damaged packaging so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement swiftly.

In-Store Pickup (Self-Collection)

Aside from doorstep delivery, we also offer a convenient self-collection option at checkout for those who wish to pick up their orders directly from our flagship café at Tai Seng.

  • Collection Timeline: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Notification: Please wait until you receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email notification before traveling down to the café. This ensures our roasters have prepared and packed your fresh batch.

  • What to Bring: When collecting your items, please present your Order Confirmation email (digital or printed) to our baristas.


Cancellations & Refunds for Pickup Orders

  • Perishable Freshness Window: as our coffee is freshly roasted to order specifically for you, all processed pickup orders are final.

  • If your order is not collected within 7 calendar days from the date your "Ready for Pickup" email notification was sent, the order will be marked as abandoned. Because coffee is a perishable product that degrades in quality over time, abandoned orders will be disposed of, and no refunds, no replacements, or no shop credits will be issued.
