WELCOME TO LeVie5 ROASTERY CAFÉ
LeVie5 ROASTERY CAFÉ (also known as Le Café Vie5, LeVie5, L'Vie5 or the Café), is the only coffee roasters in Singapore focusing on coffee origins from Vietnam. Established in 2019, our journey was slightly delayed due to Covid-19, leading us to proudly open our doors and serve our very first cups of coffee to customers in 2020.
The café is managed and operated by an enthusiastic entrepreneur from the North of Vietnam with a single, clear mission:
"To Introduce the Original Vietnamese Culture in Coffee and Cuisine to the Locals in Singapore."
Our Coffee Philosophy
Direct Sourcing & Sincere Partnership
We source our own green beans directly from independent coffee farms in Vietnam. We believe that a truly good cup of coffee requires unmatched quality at the very root. Behind each harvest, it carries little life stories, the history, the custom, and the dreams of its origin.
Small-Batch In-House Roasting
We roast our beans in small batches right at the roastery café to serve our coffee aficionados daily. This meticulous roasting process brings out the unique personalities, lifestyles, and rich emotions of the beans, ensuring they are prepared exactly as intended.
The Daily Brew
We brew fresh daily, ensuring that each cup of coffee served to our customer is not just a cup of beverage—it is a cup of dedication made with pride, passion, and peak freshness. It is a sensory experience designed to connect you directly to the authentic lifestyles and emotions of Vietnam.
Our Culinary Philosophy
Our signature dishes are deeply inspired by and originated from parts of Northern Vietnam like Hải Phòng and Hà Nội, curated for the café's menu.
We ensure our food tastes as fresh, light, delicious, and healthy as traditional home-cooked dishes.
