LeVie5 Premium is a high-end robusta variety imported from Dalat (*), Vietnam with its quality controlled from growing, harvest throughout processing to roast. 

(*) Dalat is a charming, cool weather mountain city in Vietnam's Central Highlands, known as the "City of Eternal Spring" for its year round pleasant climate (10-25°C). Famous for French colonial Architechture, flower gardens, waterfalls, and pine forests. For that and more uniquely, Dalat is a premier coffee destination in Vietnam, renowned for high quality coffee, especially arabica with its famous Moka Cau Dat - often ranked among the world's best arabica.

Grown in Vietnam's high altitude (>1,000 masl) Central Highlands, Dalat Robusta is rewarded for its robust, thick body yet smooth with distinct notes of dark chocolate, caramel sweet and nut undertones.

At LeVie5 Roastery Café, Dalat robusta beans are sourced directly from a single coffee farm in Dalat and diredtly imported to Singapore. The beans are then medium dark roasted biweekly for our own café's uses and also to supply to our customers to self-brew at home.

Cupping Notes: Robust, Smooth, Chocolatey/Nutty, Caramel and Full Bodied.

Recommended for brew: At medium dark roast, it is best for Phin (or Paper) filter, French Press, Mokapot, espresso. Some may even try cold-brew which interestingly stands out for bold, nutty, sweet and good body while chilled.
